A case is reported of a 1‐month‐old infant with bowel obstruction and suspected sepsis whose red cells were found to be Th activated during the course of evaluating weakened A antigen activity. Neither Th activation nor weakened A antigen activity was present on the red cells of either parent.

Pockets in heavy ion potentials for the deformed systems Th + Ta, U + Th and Th + Th
Nuclear Physics A, 1987Abstract Using a realistic nucleon-nucleon interaction the optical potentials for the strongly deformed systems Th + Ta, U + Th and Th + Th are calculated at Elab/A ≅ 6 MeV and for different orientations. Observations on the systems Th-S, Th-Se and Th-Te
Australian Journal of Chemistry, 1960A reinvestigation of these systems has indicated the marked effect of the purity of materials on the phases formed. New polychalcogenides have been found (ThS2.5, and ThSe2.5 having tetragonal symmetry, and ThTe3 monoclinic), as also has a sesquitelluride (Th2Te3, with hexagonal symmetry) which is probably non-stoichiometric.
