Tau Aggregate Imaging and Transcriptomics of Alzheimer's Disease Brain at Different Stages of Disease

The protein aggregates and gene expression in the middle temporal gyrus (MTG) and somatosensory cortex (SOM) of the postmortem brains of 13 Alzheimer's disease patients were studied in detail, revealing that small hyperphosphorylated tau aggregates increase with Braak stage driven by microglial inflammation.

Transient Sleep Deprivation Induces Persistent Auditory Neuropathy via ROS‐Initiated Neuroinflammation and BK Channel Suppression

Sleep disturbance severity closely tracks hearing loss in a clinical cohort, yet the mechanistic link remains unclear. Acute sleep deprivation is shown to trigger transient cochlear oxidative stress that switches into a self‐sustaining neuroinflammatory state, suppressing BK channels and causing irreversible synaptopathy.

Mechanically Reprogrammed Coaxial Fibers for Multiphysics Transduction and Human‐Machine Interfaces

A continuously wet‐spun coaxial fiber is developed to combine stretchable conductivity, resistive sensing, and self‐powered triboelectric sensing in a single architecture. A mechanically reprogrammed dual‐network sheath stabilizes large deformation and improves signal reliability. These fibers can be woven into textile interfaces for multichannel touch
