Human Foetal Neuroblasts Exhibit BK Channel‐Dependent Membrane Voltage Oscillations upon Depolarization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Primary cultures of neuroblasts isolated from the nucleus basalis of Meynert of 12‐weeks‐old human foetuses were prepared. Whole‐cell patch‐clamp recordings were performed by injecting a depolarizing stimulus current (+500 pA; 500 ms), and the membrane voltage recorded; this stimulus current evoked periodic‐like oscillations in membrane voltage ...

Millisecond Spin Relaxation Times of Distinct Electron and Hole Subensembles in MAxFA1−xPbI3 Perovskite Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mixed‐cation MAx${\rm MA}_x$ FA1−x${\rm FA}_{1-x}$ PbI3${\rm PbI}_3$ perovskite crystals reveal multiple discrete electron and hole spin subensembles associated with distinct localization environments. Optically detected magnetic resonance combined with resonant spin inertia uncovers carriers spin relaxation times reaching 2 ms and identifies nuclear ...

Artificial Intelligence‐Driven Inverse Design of Singlet Fission Candidates in the Acene family

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, we describe an AI‐driven inverse design platform predicting S1 and T1 energies across acenes with high accuracy. Using Hammett σ constants as descriptors and RNN models coupled with optimization algorithms, it efficiently explores ≈1014 structures, uncovering novel SF candidates from benzene to pentacene. Stacking Pressure‐Driven Interfacial Dynamics in Anode‐Free Solid‐State Lithium Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Using a three‐electrode setup, it is found that stacking pressure improves both anode and cathode interfaces but more effectively stabilizes the anode. Under low pressure, a sudden anode resistance rise indicates contact loss. Higher pressure delays this via Li creep and plastic deformation, maintaining interfacial contact.
