Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Seven novel supramolecular photosensitizers based on benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole (BTZ) tethered to calix[4]arene (C[4]) scaffolds are reported with facile, scalable, and selective syntheses.
