ABSTRACT This study aimed to evaluate the hemodynamic significance of in‐stent restenosis (ISR) by using a combined anatomical‐functional approach with photon‐counting CT coronary angiography (APEX‐CT CTA) and dynamic CT myocardial perfusion imaging (CT‐MPI).
