An Understudied Household Complex Golden Horde Period in the Entrance Area Of Kislovodsk (North Caucasus)

The author addresses the current issue of identifying the monuments of the Golden Horde period in the Kislovodsk basin. In this archeologically thoroughly studied region of the central part of the North Caucasus, these are almost unheard of, which appears strange, as there are mausoleums and traces of settlements at a distance of 10 km to the northeast.

Written Monuments of the Post-Golden Horde Period: Arabic Script Epigraphy at the Arystan-Bab Mausoleum

The article presents the results of a study of Arabic-script inscriptions discovered at the Arystan-Bab complex. This complex is an architectural site built near the medieval town of Otrar. Arystan-Bab is known among Islamic preachers as an important figure and a companion of the Prophet Muhammad, as well as the first teacher of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi.
