Renaissance Studies, EarlyView.Abstract In 2019, the Foundation of Christ's Hospital at Lincoln made a bequest of early printed books to the Bodleian Library. The collection is rich in sixteenth‐century tooled bindings, many of which preserve manuscript and printed waste in the form of pastedowns, endleaves and endleaf guards.

Renaissance Studies, EarlyView.Abstract At least thirty‐five manuscript copies of Caxton's prints have been found so far. This article explores the implications of such manuscript copies of Caxton's prints and, interrupting the linear history of the book, considers Caxton's appeal beyond print in manuscript.

World Englishes, EarlyView.Abstract We introduce the Waikato Māori English Conversation (MEC) corpus, which consists of 43 dyadic conversations between 49 young adults who self‐recorded informal conversations with close friends, in their own homes, with no topic of conversation specified (83 hours of dialogue; nearly 800,000 words).

Narrating Entanglement Without Dehumanisation in Contemporary Eco‐Fiction
Future Humanities, Volume 4, Issue 1, May 2026.ABSTRACT This essay presents a comparative analysis of two contemporary works of eco‐fiction, Richard Powers's The Overstory (2018) and Eleanor Catton's Birnam Wood (2023). Both novels use multiperspective narration in the service of entanglement narratives, forms of storytelling that emphasise the interconnection of human and nonhuman life.
