National Evaluation of the Police Cadets [PDF]
This report provides the findings and results from a national evaluation of the Volunteer Police Cadets (VPC) in England and Wales. The VPC is a nationally recognised police uniformed youth group throughout the UK for 13 to 18-year olds, first developed in South Norwood (Lambeth) in March 1988 as a community initiative to engage with young people.
