The article contains data on diatom composition in the phytoplankton of the Khabujka River basin lakes located in the shore of the Pechora Bay (the Barents Sea, Malosemelskaya tundra). A total of 221 species with varieties and forms from 37 genera and 16 families were identified in 13 lakes.
