High‐entropy doping of Co‐free Ni‐rich LiNiO2 cathodes is achieved through a scalable 3D mixing process. Multi‐element incorporation stabilizes the layered structure, alleviates Li/Ni disorder and electrode swelling, and enhances cycling stability. This approach underscores the potential of high‐entropy strategies to deliver structurally robust and ...

Employing a digital single‐molecule activity tracker (dSMAT), this research demonstrates that high‐photon‐flux irradiation drives progressive oxidative scarring in polymerases. Unlike simple thermal denaturation, real‐time kinetic tracking dynamically visualizes enzymes degrading into multiple impaired subpopulations.

Conventional single‐gradient freeze‐casting typically produces unidirectional porous architectures with limited transverse connectivity. The Sequential Hybridization by Infiltration and Freeze‐casting Technique (SHIFT) addresses this constraint by integrating secondary aligned structures within a preformed primary scaffold.

Influence of Bottom Electrodes on the Ferroelectric Stability of AlScN Film at High Temperatures
The thermal stability of AlScN depends on the bottom electrode. When the bottom electrode possesses compressive stress, tensile strain develops in the AlScN upon thermal annealing, reducing the switching barrier. When the bottom electrode forms a coherent interface with AlScN, significant tensile strain and defects are generated in the AlScN layer ...
