Tri‐Layer Heterostructure Channel of a‐IGZO/a‐ITZO/a‐IGZO Toward Enhancement of Transport and Reliability in Amorphous Oxide Semiconductor Thin Film Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 11, Issue 2, February 2025.
Thin film transistors based on a‐IGZO/a‐ITZO/a‐IGZO heterostructural channel are fabricated. The TFTs exhibited outstanding electrical performances, with field effect mobility exceeding 50 cm2V‐1s‐1, ideally small positive/negative‐bias‐stress voltage shifts down to 0.1/0.004 V, and optimized sub‐threshold swing as low as 80 mV dec−1.

Temperature‐Dependent Surface Anisotropy in (110) Epitaxial Rare Earth Iron Garnet Films

open access: yesSmall, Volume 20, Issue 52, December 27, 2024.
A thickness series of epitaxial rare‐earth iron garnet thin films on the (110) plane is prepared to investigate the surface effect on magnetic anisotropy. Here, the out‐of‐plane inversion symmetry breaking at a surface with C2v symmetry shows a temperature‐dependent surface contribution to anisotropy with both an in‐plane and out‐of‐plane component and

Substrate availability may limit the response of tropical bacterioplankton biomass to warming

open access: yesLimnology and Oceanography, Volume 69, Issue 9, Page 2043-2056, September 2024.
Abstract The response of heterotrophic bacterioplankton to the addition of macrophytic dissolved organic matter (DOM) and temperature was investigated in the Red Sea. We added 40 μmol C L−1 of leachates obtained from seagrass and mangrove leaves to natural bacterial communities, incubated them at three temperatures (25.5°C found in situ plus 3°C below ...
