Body donor programs in Australia and New Zealand: Current status and future opportunities

open access: yesAnatomical Sciences Education, Volume 18, Issue 3, Page 301-328, March 2025.
Abstract Body donation is critical to anatomy study in Australia and New Zealand. Acidogenic fermentation of pretreated food waste under psychrophilic conditions for volatile fatty acids production

open access: yesBiofuels, Bioproducts and Biorefining, EarlyView.
Abstract Mixed‐culture fermentation generally produces volatile fatty acids (VFAs) as a mixture of C2–C6 acids. Among operational parameters, temperature has a distinct effect on the microorganisms' metabolic activity, which can shift the composition of the metabolites.
