Akurasi Tematik Peta Substrat Dasar dari Citra Quickbird (Studi Kasus Gusung Karang Lebar, Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta) (Thematic Accuracy of Bottom Substrate Map from Quickbrid Imagery (Case study: Gusung Karang Lebar, Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta))

open access: yesIlmu Kelautan, 2012
Salah satu kelemahan metode koreksi kolom air adalah dapat memunculkan bias dalam estimasi rasio koefisien attenuasi. Bias ini berkontribusi pada nilai akurasi tematik peta substrat dasar.

Caregiver Perspectives on the Burden of Disease and Treatment in Uncontrolled Gout

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Uncontrolled gout (UG) refers to persistently elevated serum urate (SU) levels >6 mg/dL and ongoing gout symptoms despite use of urate‐lowering therapy (ULT). The objective of this study was to evaluate the burden associated with informal caregiving for individuals with UG.

The impact of object size on the thematic accuracy of landcover maps

open access: yesInternational Journal of Remote Sensing, 2014
We recently completed the accuracy assessment of a Landsat-derived landcover polygon layer covering the entire province of Alberta (660,000 km2), Canada, for which we gathered reference information for nearly 5000 randomly selected polygons ranging from two hectares to thousands of hectares in size.

Cellular Responses to Mechanical Cues Across Scales: From Fundamental Insights to Translational Potential

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...
