CHARACTERIZATION AND THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF CERUSSITE
Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Congress of South-East EuropeDue to its physical characteristics, lead is one of the most important non-ferrous metals in the world. Metallic lead and its alloys have significant applications in the mechanical industry, radioactive protection, battery industry, as well as in many other industries. In most cases, lead is found in nature in the form of sulphide minerals (galena), as

Unimolecular thermal decomposition of dimethoxybenzenes
The Journal of Chemical Physics, 2014The unimolecular thermal decomposition mechanisms of o-, m-, and p-dimethoxybenzene (CH3O-C6H4-OCH3) have been studied using a high temperature, microtubular (μtubular) SiC reactor with a residence time of 100 μs. Product detection was carried out using single photon ionization (SPI, 10.487 eV) and resonance enhanced multiphoton ionization (REMPI) time-

Thermal Decomposition of Thonzonium Bromide
Pharmaceutical Research, 1986Thonzonium bromide, a quaternary ammonium compound used as a surface active agent in a phenylephrine nasal solution, gave a gas chromatographic peak which was proportional in height and area to its concentration. Quaternary ammonium salts are nonvolatile and polar, thus the peak was attributed to a thermal decomposition product.
