Effect of microstructure on thermal and mechanical properties of solid solutions Al2TiO5 - MgTi2O5
Journal of the European Ceramic Society, 2021Abstract Aluminium titanate - tialite belongs to the compounds with pseudobrookite structure. The polycrystals made of tialite show valuable useful thermal properties: low thermal expansion, very low thermal conductivity and high resistance to thermal shock.

Abstract The distribution of solute atoms around defects is a hot research topic in the solid theory with long-term importance. In the present work, the interaction of solute atmosphere with a spherical void in a spherical elastic solid is studied based on the elastic and statistical mechanics description of solute atmosphere.

Theoretical and Applied Fracture Mechanics, 2016
Abstract This paper studies the effect of inertia on the thermal shock fracture mechanics of a cracked solid under the framework of dual-phase-lag heat conduction. Both heated crack and thermally insulated crack are considered, which develops the model I stress intensity factor and the model II stress intensity factor, respectively.
