Prethermalization and thermalization of a quenched interacting Luttinger liquid [PDF]
We study the relaxation dynamics of interacting, one-dimensional fermions with band curvature after a weak quench in the interaction parameter. After the quench, the system is described by a non-equilibrium initial state, which relaxes towards thermal equilibrium, featuring prethermal behavior on intermediate time and length scales.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
