Near-infrared electrochemiluminescence biosensors facilitated by thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters for ctDNA analysis

Biosensors and Bioelectronics
The near-infrared electrochemiluminescence technique (NIR ECL) has gained significant attention as a powerful analytical tool in biomedicine and clinical diagnosis due to its inherent advantages. In this work, we successfully synthesized a novel NIR ECL emitter of TPA-DCPP nanoparticles (NPs) with a D-π-A-π-D configuration.

A Brief Overview of Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence (TADF) Light Emitting Electrochemical Cells (LEECs)

Materials Science and Surface Engineering
Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence Light-Emitting Electrochemical Cells (TADF-LEECs) are single-layer emitters in which the active film contains both a luminophore and mobile ions (either an ionic TADF emitter or a neutral TADF host mixed with a salt/ionic complex).
