Thermoelectric properties of Si-based thermoelectrics
The thermal conductivity κ and the electric properties of Si1-xGex (x≤0.03) samples doped with Group 3B and 5B elements which were prepared by arc melting were measured as functions of carrier (or dopant) concentration n and of temperature in the range from 298K to 1273K.

Enhancement of Thermoelectric Efficiency by Uniaxial Tensile Stress in n-type GaAs Nanowires
The thermoelectric power-factor (PF) and efficiency (ZT) of GaAs nanowires (NWs) can be improved by (i) choosing a proper wire growth and channel orientation, (ii) by applying uniaxial tensile stress, and (iii) suitable wire cross-section size.

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...

Fabrication of Skutterudite-Based Tubular Thermoelectric Generator
The conversion efficiency of the thermoelectric generator (TEG) is adversely affected by the quality of thermal contact between the module and the heat source. TEGs with the planar substrate are not suitable for the curved heat sources.
