Our computational model of the optical absorption from multiwalled carbon nanotubes suggests the optical absorption depends strongly on the in‐plane electrical conductivity, and weakly on the through‐plane conductivity. Phase Engineering Enabled Excellent Power Factor and Reduced Thermal Conductivity in ZrCoSb‐Based Half‐Heusler Compounds

In situ precipitation of Zr6Co16Si7 in ZrCoSb‐based half‐Heusler enables Fermi level optimization and enhanced phonon scattering. Electrical conductivity is significantly improved while the power factor continuously increases, reaching ~3.36 mW m−1 K−2.
