Photovoltaic sample-and-hold circuit enabling MPPT indoors for low-power systems [PDF]
Photovoltaic (PV) energy harvesting is commonly used to power autonomous devices, and maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is often used to optimize its efficiency. This paper describes an ultra low-power MPPT circuit with a novel sample-and-hold and cold-

Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Thermoelectric module strains under electric current flow
Досліджено напрямки й величини деформації поверхонь термоелектричного модуля за різних значень струму, що проходить через нього. Керамічні поверхні термоелектричного модуля під час проходження струму набувають форми еліптичного параболоїда, що призводить

Sustainable Synaptic Device with Two‐Dimensional Ferroelectric Materials for Neuromorphic Computing
α‐In2Se3 based FeSFETs can be utilized as sustainable devices through polarization switching governed by both out‐of‐plane and in‐plane polarizations. Upon reaching a fatigued state, current annealing enabled by conductance modulation can significantly enhance the endurance of FeSFETs.
