Fluorescence Tuning of Carbon Dots from Red to Blue via UV‐Induced Photochemical Etching
A UV‐driven photochemical process enables continuous color evolution of carbon dots from red to blue using a single irradiation parameter. Progressive photoetching restructures graphitic domains and surface states, allowing full visible‐spectrum emission control.

Thermogravimetric behaviour of Taranakite from Pollera cave (Liguria, Italy)
Taranakite (K3Al5(PO3OH)6(PO4)2·18H2O, trigonal, R3 ̅c) is a phosphate with a layered structure, in which water separates K3Al5(PO3OH)6(PO4)2·12H2O units [1]. Its formation can occur naturally as microcrystalline powdery aggregates after the interaction

Reverse Weak Polarity‐Induced Ordered Layer Control strategy, optimizing the design of layered structures, has been successfully designed. By leveraging inhomogeneous field of units to replace isotropic fields of metal cations, polar layers realize controllable layer stacking via a “layer→linker→layer” polarity transfer.

Backbone‐Length‐Optimized Inhibitors Deliver Long‐Retention Selectivity in Area‐Selective ALD of VO2
Area‐selective VO2 ALD is found to depend critically on inhibitor backbone length, which governs physisorption, chemisorption stability, and packing efficiency in a coupled manner. An intermediate backbone‐length achieves the best long‐retention selectivity, establishing a chemically and geometrically grounded design principle for small‐molecule ...
