High-Voltage Polarization-Superjunction GaN HEMT With Built-In SBD for Low Reverse Conduction Loss
A GaN Reverse-Conducting HEMT (RC-HEMT) is proposed and fabricated on the GaN/AlGaN/GaN platform. It features an integrated Schottky barrier diode (SBD) to realize reverse conduction and the double-heterojunction to enhance breakdown voltage (BV ...

The stability of perovskite solar cells has shown a huge variation with respect to the film process and film morphology, while the underlining mechanism for the morphology-dependent degradation of the perovskite film has remained elusive.

Determination of Thermal Conductivity of phase pure 10H-SiC Thin Films by non-destructive Raman Thermometry [PDF]
10 H SiC thin films are potential candidates for devices that can be used in high temperature and high radiation environment. Measurement of thermal conductivity of thin films by a non-invasive method is very useful for such device fabrication. Micro-Raman method serves as an important tool in this aspect and is known as Raman Thermometry.

AbstractA system of equations which describe the dynamics of a thin two-dimensional free film is analyzed in the vicinity of rupture. These equations contain the effects of surface tension and van der Waals forces. A similarity solution is sought, and a dominant balance argument is proposed and supported with numerical calculations.

Design and validation of a novel dosimetry phantom for motion management audits
Abstract Background We present a novel phantom design for conducting end‐to‐end dosimetry audits for respiratory motion management of two anatomical treatment sites. The design enables radiochromic film measurements of the dose administered to the target throughout the respiratory cycle (motion‐included) and the dose delivered to the time‐averaged ...

Characterization of nano-composite M-2411/Y-123 thin films by electron backscatter diffraction and in-field critical current measurements [PDF]
Thin films of nano-composite Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) superconductors containing nano-sized, non-superconducting particles of Y2Ba 4CuMOx (M-2411 with M = Ag and Nb) have been prepared by the PLD technique.
