Boosting Ferroelectricity: 2D and Polymer Ferroelectric Hybrids Enabling Ambipolar Nonvolatile MoS2 Memory Transistor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Two‐dimensional CuInP2S6 nanosheets are incorporated into a P(VDF‐TrFE) matrix to induce polarization‐cooperative ferroelectric coupling. The resulting P(VDF‐TrFE)/CuInP2S6 hybrid film exhibits reinforced ferroelectric ordering and reduced coercive electric fields compared with pristine P(VDF‐TrFE).

COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS TO CONTROL WELDING DEFORMATION IN THIN PLATE [PDF]

open access: yesDesign & Operation of Passenger Ships 2019, 2019
Globally in the shipbuilding industry, the computational method is a more productive method than the experimental and machine learning method. The Thermal Elastic Plastic (TEP) method for computational analysis is simulated in the FEMAP Software to analyse the welding deformation of thin plates. To validate the non – linear behaviour of the thin plate,

Upscaling Sodium‐Ion Battery Cells: From Aqueous Processing to Performance Assessment of Hard Carbon|Prussian White Pouch Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
This study investigates the feasibility of scaling up Prussian White (PW)‐based cathode manufacturing at a pilot scale. Through careful PW dehydration combined with optimized aqueous processing, we report the stepwise development of industrially relevant 1 Ah pouch cells and evaluate their performance under various conditions.

Atomic‐Layer‐Deposited ZnF2 on Aluminum Enabling In Situ NaF/Na–Zn Interphase for Robust Anode‐Free Sodium Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
“Sodiation of an ultrathin ALD‐ZnF2 layer on an Al current collector generates a sodiophilic Na–Zn alloy and a NaF‐rich SEI, enabling uniform Na deposition and highly reversible anode‐free sodium batteries.” ABSTRACT Achieving high‐energy‐density “anode‐free” sodium batteries remains a daunting challenge due to rapid capacity decay caused by poor ...
