Characteristics of the Occlusal Surfaces of Lower Molars in a Sample of the Croatian Population [PDF]

Nucleation‐Controlled Reconstruction of CuOx for Selective CO2 Electroreduction
The ratio of oxygen vacancies (Ov) and exposed Cu2O (111)/(200) of CuOx precatalyst is modulated by nucleation control of Cu(OH)2 precursor. Low Ov ratio and high ratio of Cu2O (111)/(200) in slow‐nucleated CuOx reconstructs to high‐coordinated oxide‐derived copper (OD‐Cu) during electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) and exhibits enhanced ...

xxxx. ABSTRACT Glioblastoma (GBM) remains one of the most lethal brain cancers, with median survival rarely exceeding 15 months after diagnosis. Interleukin‐12 (IL‐12) is a potent immunostimulatory cytokine capable of reshaping the tumor microenvironment (TME), yet its clinical translation is hindered by systemic toxicity and short half‐life. RNA‐based

Tissue Engineered Human Elastic Cartilage From Primary Auricular Chondrocytes for Ear Reconstruction
Despite over three decades of research, no tissue‐engineered solution for auricular reconstruction in microtia patients has reached clinical translation. The key challenge lies in generating functional elastic cartilage ex vivo. Here, we integrate synergistic cell‐biomaterial strategies to engineer auricular grafts with mechanical and histological ...

Beyond the Edge: Charge‐Transfer Excitons in Organic Donor‐Acceptor Cocrystals
Complex excitonic landscapes in acene–perfluoroacene cocrystals are unveiled by polarization‐resolved optical spectroscopy and many‐body theory. This systematic study of a prototypical model system for weakly interacting donor–acceptor compounds challenges common views of charge‐transfer excitons, providing a refined conceptual framework for ...

Patient expectations on third molar removal
Introduction: Patients are often more anxious than needed when scheduled for third molar removal under local anaesthesia. However, it is unclear what their expectations are beforehand and how these compare to their actual experience.

Triblock Polymer Engineering Enables Hydration‐Rich, High‐Performance, Fouling‐Resistant Interfaces
A molecularly engineered triblock polymer (PHZ) rapidly reorganizes into a hydration‐rich interfacial layer on diverse surfaces, strongly suppressing hydrophobic attraction and fouling. The triblock polymer provides robust energy and steric barriers to oily foulants, enabling high‐performance antifouling at ultralow dosage.

Histopathologic Changes in Dental Follicles: Are They Serious?
Pathologic changes within pericoronal tissues of impacted third molars are not uncommon. Retained impacted teeth within the bone may be associated with pathologic changes in pericoronal tissues due to unknown mechanisms.
