Emotional Burden of Olfactory Dysfunction: A Psychological Cluster Analysis from a Tertiary Smell and Taste Clinic

open access: yesInternational Forum of Allergy &Rhinology, EarlyView.

Hematoma Interleukin‐1 Receptor Antagonist Concentrations Predict Long‐Term Outcome in Acute Human Intracerebral Hemorrhage

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, EarlyView.
Objectives The interleukin (IL)‐1, IL‐6, and C‐reactive protein (CRP) pathway is central to the immune response after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). We tested for associations between hematoma and plasma cytokine concentrations and patient outcomes in Minimally Invasive Surgery Plus Rt‐PA for ICH Evacuation Phase III (MISTIE III) participants ...

Thomas Mann y Goethe

open access: yesIdeas y Valores, 1973

Hyperacute Interleukin‐1β Production and Neutrophil Extracellular Trap Formation in the Cerebral Circulation of Stroke Patients with Large Vessel Occlusion

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, EarlyView.
Acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion is associated with rapid intravascular immune activation. Analysis of arterial blood sampled distal to the thrombus during mechanical thrombectomy revealed increased extracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β) levels, evidence of inflammasome priming in monocytes, and ...

Thomas Mann ohne Juden

open access: yesS: I. M. O. N., 2019

DNA (cytosine‐5)‐methyltransferase 3A (Dnmt3a) mutations limit normal and autoreactive CD4+ T follicular helper responses and attenuate T cell‐driven joint inflammation

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article.
Objective Somatic DNMT3A mutations are the most common drivers of clonal hematopoiesis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and have been associated with seropositive disease and increased inflammatory markers. These mutations are predominantly hypomorphic or dominant‐negative, reducing DNMT3A function.

Preposition omission in French interrogative sluices: empirical findings and theoretical implications

open access: yesGlossa
Many non-P(reposition) stranding languages have been shown to allow P-omission under sluicing (Sag & Nykiel 2011; Nykiel 2013a; Molimpakis 2019), thus challenging Merchant’s (2001) generalization, which derives P-omission in sluices from P-stranding.
