Delivery of Pleckstrin‐Homology Domains Suppresses PI3K/Akt Signaling and Breast Cancer Metastasis

Current therapies curb tumor growth but not metastasis. Obscurin, a giant metastasis suppressor lost in breast cancer, restrains PI3K/Akt signaling but is impractical to restore. We deploy a mini‐obscurin, comprising the obscurin‐PH‐domain, which sequesters PI3K‐p85, potently suppressing invasion and metastasis.

A Robust Metal‐Organic Framework With ‘Molecular Gates’ for Efficient Separation of Ethane From Ethylene

By installing an amino‐based molecular gate at a specific site within a robust zinc‐adenine framework, temperature‐tunable inversion of C2H6/C2H4 selectivity is achieved, enabling single‐step on‐stream production of polymer‐grade ethylene. Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration

Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.
