Airway Involvement in Conradi–Hünermann–Happle Syndrome: A Novel Clinical Manifestation

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 7, Page 3240-3245, July 2026.
We report the first documented case of airway involvement in Conradi–Hünermann–Happle syndrome (CDPX2), an X‐linked dominant form of chondrodysplasia punctata caused by pathogenic variants in EBP. Sclerotherapy for Aneurysmal Bone Cyst in Canine

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 4, July 2026.
Percutaneous polidocanol sclerotherapy effectively treated an ABC in a 10‐year‐old German Shepherd's distal radius. This minimally invasive procedure resulted in radiographic healing by 8 weeks and complete resolution of lameness within 7 months. The findings suggest sclerotherapy is a promising alternative to invasive surgical management for canine ...
