A Case of Primary Pulmonary Meningioma With Slow Enlargement Over a 9‐Year Period
Primary pulmonary meningioma (PPM) is an extremely rare benign tumour that often remains asymptomatic. Although most cases are incidentally detected as solitary pulmonary nodules on chest imaging, reports on their long‐term clinical courses remain limited. Herein, we report a case of PPM with slow growth over a nine‐year period.

Robotic‐Assisted Epiphrenic and Mid‐Oesophageal Diverticulectomy: A Tertiary Centre Experience
ABSTRACT Background Surgical management of oesophageal pulsion diverticula is advised when symptoms significantly impair quality of life. Robotics can aid in transhiatal dissection in diverticulectomy, but available evidence is limited. Methods A retrospective chart review of all consecutive robotic‐assisted oesophageal diverticulectomies with Heller ...

Symptomatic pleural lipoma: Case report [PDF]
Symptomatic pleural lipoma is an extremely rare clinical entity that can occur in all age groups and involve both sexes equally. The treatment can be done using video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. We report a case of symptomatic pleural lipoma that was

We describe a patient with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma harboring a noncanonical MET splice donor–proximal indel, initially reported as a VUS, who achieved a rapid response to capmatinib. RNA sequencing and ddPCR confirmed exon 14 skipping, supporting orthogonal transcript‐level validation for exon‐adjacent variants. ABSTRACT MET exon 14 skipping is

Management of complications in thoracoscopic surgery
Thoracoscopic surgery has been widely performed. However, sometimes open conversion becomes necessary to manage complications. We have been applying thoracoscopic technique to manage complications to minimize the rate of open conversion.Thoracoscopic suture technique in addition to some other technique has been used to control intraoperative bleeding ...
