This study explores genome‐wide by lifetime environment interactions on brain imaging phenotypes. Gene‐environment interactions explain more phenotypic variance than main effects, pinpoint regulatory variants, and reveal exposure‐specific biological pathways.

A carbon nanotube‐based biopesticide system (BioCNTs) enables efficient delivery and systemic movement of RNAi molecules to control major tomato viruses. By integrating shRNA and tRNA‐like structures (TLS) with BioCNTs, this green and scalable approach achieves long‐term silencing and high antiviral efficacy through simple foliar spraying.

Triple‐negative breast cancer exhibits variable sensitivity to PRMT5 inhibition. Basal interferon signaling is identified as a key biomarker of response. PARP inhibition with olaparib induces IFN signaling, sensitizing resistant TNBC cells to PRMT5 inhibitors.
