A novel three-level PV inverter
2012 7th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2012A novel three-level buck-boost type inverter is proposed in this paper. It combines the series-parallel diode-capacitor network with the traditional buck-boost converter, plus the full bridge inverter as the back stage. The new inverter can boost or lower the input voltage.

A new ZVZCS three-level inverter
IECON 2017 - 43rd Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2017This paper presents a new ZVZCS three-level inverter with T-type structure. The proposed inverter can achieve ZCS on arm switches and ZVS on neutral point switches by series connecting the arm switches with resonant inductors and parallel connecting the neutral point switches with resonant capacitors.

IGBT modules optimized for three level inverters
2010 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition, 2010This paper will present optimized IGBT module packaging for three level inverters. Modules with nominal ratings ranging from 25A to 600A will be proposed. Total losses for a three level inverter using these new modules will be compared to the losses of a conventional two level inverter using newly developed computer simulation tools.

A soft-switching interleaved three-level inverter

Three level dual Buck half bridge inverter
2009 International Conference on Sustainable Power Generation and Supply, 2009Three level dual Buck half bridge inverter topologies, especially the coupled-inductance dual Buck inverter, are presented. Dual Buck inverter is a new configuration which has the characteristics of high frequency and efficiency.
