A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.

Aeroelastic Simulation of Stall Flutter Undergoing High and Low Amplitude Limit Cycle Oscillations
The aeroelastic behaviour of an airfoil oscillating in large and small pitch amplitudes due to nonlinearity in aerodynamics is examined. The phenomenon of stall flutter resulted in the limit cycle oscillations of NACA 0012 at low to intermediate ...

Three dimensional frequency-domain solution method for unsteady turbomachinery flows [PDF]
The three-dimensional calculation of unsteady flows is increasingly gaining importance in the prediction of turbomachinery flow problems. A three-dimensional Euler/Navier-Stokes solver incorporating the time-linearized method and the nonlinear harmonic ...

We report a multifunctional tapered optical fiber integrating a conformal micro‐resistance temperature detector (µRTD) for local, real‐time thermometry during optical stimulation. The platform combines light‐delivery and temperature sensing within a minimally invasive footprint, enabling detection of sub‐degree cortical heating under representative ...

Coupled flutter of non-analogous vertical and torsional modes, which may typically occur in mono-cable suspension or single plane cable-stayed bridges, for example, and multimode flutter including higher modes are studied both analytically and experimentally.

An adaptive aeroelastic control approach using non linear reduced order models [PDF]
A systematic approach to the model order reduction of high fidelity coupled fluid/structure/flight dynamics models and the subsequent control design is described. It uses information on the eigenspectrum of the coupled-system Jacobian matrix and projects

Mono‐ and bilayer MoS2 photodetectors enable wavelength‐selective AC photoresponse and optically driven capacitance modulation under visible illumination. Green excitation produces the strongest cumulative capacitive response, consistent with trap‐mediated charge accumulation at mono/bilayer and metal–MoS2 interfaces.

Effect of stabilizer on flutter stability of truss girder suspension bridges [PDF]
An aerodynamic optimization measure of the flutter stability of long-span suspension bridges with truss girder is presented in this paper. At first, the improvement of several kinds of central stabilizers and horizontal stabilizers on flutter stability ...
