Neuronal C/EBPβ Shortens the Lifespan via Inactivating NAMPT
Schematic diagram illustrating the mechanism of shortened lifespan in Thy 1‐C/EBPβ transgenic mice and intervention strategies. Briefly, C/EBPβ/AEP escalation in the aging brain triggers NAMPT fragmentation and NAD+ depletion. Knockout of AEP from Thy 1‐C/EBPβ Tg/Tg mice ameliorates cognitive impairments and elongates the lifespan.

DynaPain: Moving Flame Beetle with Dynamic Pain Illusion Adapting Apparent Movement to Thermal Grill Illusion [PDF]
Pain sensation presentation with movable sensory position is important to imitate the pain caused by objects in motion and the pain corresponding to a person's movements. We aimed at proposing a novel dynamic pain sensation experience, called DynaPain. DynaPain was achieved by the non-contact thermal grill illusion and the apparent movement.

MP3 tumor cells, a specific subpopulation of tumor cells in D‐TGCT, regulated the differentiation of CD34+ Fbs into MMP3+ Fbs and APOE+ Fbs through COL6A3 − (ITGAV + ITGB8) interaction. APOE+ Fbs activated IL‐1B+CCL20+ Mφs through the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis. IL‐1B+CCL20+ Mφs and MMP3+ Fbs participated in the local invasion of D‐TGCT.

How Being Inside or Outside of Buildings Affects the Causal Relationship Between Weather and Pain Among People Living with Chronic Pain [PDF]
Although many people believe their pain fluctuates with weather conditions, both weather and pain may be associated with time spent outside. For example, pleasant weather may mean that people spend more time outside doing physical activity and exposed to the weather, leading to more (or less) pain, and poor weather or severe pain may keep people inside,

Eosinophils play a crucial role in the progression of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA). This study demonstrates that eosinophils, induced by OVA/IL‐5, promote Lumican secretion in the synovium, which binds to Annexin A1 in chondrocytes, inhibiting transforming growth factor β2 and Smad2/3 phosphorylation.
