A CASE REPORT ON GLANZMANN'S THROMBASTHENIA
Glanzmann’s thrombasthenia (GT) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder in which the platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa) complex is either deficient or, dysfunctional. The incidence is about 1 in 1,000,000.

Current evidence suggests that regular consumption of food‐functioned fruits and vegetables could reduce the risk of thrombosis. While some indigenous vegetables from Southern Thailand have been reported to exhibit anticoagulant and antiplatelet activities, their fibrinolytic and thrombolytic properties remain unexplored.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a complex disease with multiple contributing factors. Epidemiological data showed that women are more susceptible to PAH, but they tend to have better right ventricular (RV) function and prognosis compared to men. The mechanisms behind these gender differences are not well understood.

Acquired platelet dysfunction has been reported as a complication of hematologic malignancies. Diagnosis and management of platelet dysfunction with a concomitant myeloid disorder can be challenging, and there is a need for real‐world experience reports to help clinicians recognize these entities and manage them accordingly. Herein, we report a case of
