Mussel polysaccharide (MP), a novel food resource from pearl mussels, alleviates inflammatory pain in rats in a dose‐dependent manner. It acts by dually inhibiting peripheral inflammation (reducing paw swelling and pro‐inflammatory cytokines) and spinal neuroinflammation via the NLRP3 and astrocyte pathway.

Abstract TP53 mutations are found in over 50% of tumor types, including myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). MPNs are characterized by a chronic phase, which may progress to secondary acute myeloid leukemia (sAML).
