Pulmonary Leukemic Infiltration in Relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukemia: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Pulmonary leukemic infiltration (PLI) is a rare complication of acute myeloid leukemia often misdiagnosed as pneumonia. This case highlights a unique presentation of PLI in a relapsed patient without hyperleukocytosis, necessitating a high index of suspicion.

Thrombus aspiration in acute myocardial infarction
Rupture of an atherosclerotic plaque is the principal mechanism responsible for the development of an acute coronary syndrome. Thrombus formation ensues rapidly on the surface of the injured endothelium. When the infarct vessel is completely occluded, ST-elevation myocardial infarction is diagnosed and urgent reperfusion is required.

Percutaneous thrombectomy of mural aortic thrombus using intravascular ultrasound guidance
Mural aortic thrombus is a challenging clinical problem with significant potential complications. Particularly precarious are situations with involvement of the visceral segment of the aorta. We describe a technique for percutaneous thrombectomy of mural
