Impact of Asymptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage on Outcome After Endovascular Stroke Treatment

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Endovascular treatment (EVT) achieves high rates of recanalization in acute large‐vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke, but functional recovery remains heterogeneous. While symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) has been well studied, the prognostic impact of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (aICH) after EVT is less certain ...

Investigation of hydraulic and vibroacoustic characteristics of a prospective valve with an elastic tubular element used as the working body

open access: yesВестник Самарского университета: Аэрокосмическая техника, технологии и машиностроение, 2017
The article deals with the design of an advanced throttle valve with an elastic tubular element designed to reduce the vibration and noise of hydraulic systems upon which strict requirements for vibro-acoustic characteristics are imposed. The analysis of

Assessing the Sensitivity and the Clinical Impact of the 2023 American College of Rheumatology/EULAR Classification Criteria in Obstetric Antiphospholid Syndrome: Findings From a Multicenter Italian Cohort With a Long‐Term Follow‐Up

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity of the 2023 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/EULAR classification criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) in a real‐world cohort of women diagnosed with primary obstetric APS (oAPS) and to assess their ability to identify patients at risk of future pregnancy complications ...

Failure Analysis and Structure Optimization of Throttle Valve Core

open access: yesShiyou jixie, 2019
The throttle valve core breaks frequently and has an adverse effect on the stable and reliable production of oil and gas. In view of this, the mechanical model of the throttle valve is established by means of CAD and finite element software. The force of

Symbolic Regression and Multi‐Objective Optimization of the Flory–Huggins Interaction Parameter for Hydrogels

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
We develop a data‐driven method to derive the mathematical expressions of the Flory–Huggins interaction parameter χ for the swelling behavior of temperature–responsive hydrogels. Starting from initial assumptions of χ, our workflow combines Bayesian optimization, Flory–Rehner theory, and symbolic regression to generate candidate χ expressions.

Texoskeletons: Developing the Fundamental Technologies for Creating Intelligent Soft Robotic Clothing With Integrated 1D Sensors and Actuators

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Traditional wearable exoskeletons rely on rigid structures, which limit comfort, flexibility, and everyday usability. This work introduces the fundamental technologies to create the first soft, lightweight, intelligent textile‐based exoskeletons (Texoskeletons) built using 1D sensors and actuators.
