A Review of the Korean Thyatiridae (Lepidoptera), including the Mt. Changbai-shan

Abstract The Korean Thyatiridae is reviewed, with 29 known species. Of them, a new species of the genus Parapsestis Warren is found and it will be described in a separate paper by Laszlo et al, (2006). The checklist of the taxa and the worldwide distribution of the species, including the available information of bionomics, are presented.

Note on genus Achlya Billberg, 1820 from China (Lepidoptera, Thyatiridae)

AbstractThe genus Achlya Billberg, 1820 is reported for the first time from China as A. jezoensis (Matsumura, 1927), which is a species collected from Maorshan, Heilongjiang Province. The adult and genitalia characters of the species are briefly redescribed and illustrated, distribution data is provided.

New records of Horipsestis kisvaczak László, Ronkay, Ronkay & Witt, 2007 (Lepidoptera: Thyatiridae) from China

Abstract Horipsestis kisvaczak László, Ronkay, Ronkay & Witt, 2007 is reported for the first time from China. The adult and genital characteristics of the species are briefly redescribed with illustrations. The available information including the distributional ranges and a key to the species are given.
