Endocytic Control of Cell‐Autonomous and Non‐Cell‐Autonomous Functions of p53
NUMB Ex3‐containing isoforms localize to the plasma membrane, where they recruit p53 through SNX9 and direct it to multivesicular bodies and exosomes. Exported p53 is taken up by neighboring cells and activates nuclear programs, revealing an intercellular, exosome‐based pathway that might help establish a tumor‐suppressive microenvironment.

Design of EQCM-MIP sensing matrix for highly specific and sensitive detection of thyroglobulin
In this paper an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM)-MIP sensor for thyroglobulin had been developed by using 4-aminothiophenol (4-ATP) - methacrylic acid (MAA)- reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite as a polymeric format for the first ...

ENDOCRINE TUMOURS: Imaging in the follow up of differentiated thyroid cancer: current evidence and future perspectives for a risk-adapted approach [PDF]
The clinical and epidemiological profiles of differentiated thyroid cancers (DTCs) have changed in the last three decades. Today's DTCs are more likely to be small, localized, asymptomatic papillary forms.

Abstract There is increasing concern regarding pollutants disrupting the vertebrate thyroid hormone (TH) system, which is crucial for development. Thus, identification of TH system–disrupting chemicals (THSDCs) is an important requirement in the Organisation for Economic Co‐operation and Development (OECD) testing framework.
