GAUSS - genesis of asteroids and evolution of the solar system [PDF]
The goal of Project GAUSS (Genesis of Asteroids and evolUtion of the Solar System) is to return samples from the dwarf planet Ceres. Ceres is the most accessible candidate of ocean worlds and the largest reservoir of water in the inner Solar System.

Abstract Magnetotail current sheet (CS) flapping is a universal plasma phenomenon observed at multiple planets, yet its triggering mechanisms remain poorly understood outside of Earth. At Mars, single‐spacecraft observations have also reported tail flapping, but the processes responsible for its onset have never been identified.

Mars Express: From the Launch Pad to a 20-Year Success Record at Mars [PDF]
Mars Express was conceived and built by ESA as a successor of the unsuccessful Russian Mars-96 mission. It was planned from the onset as an orbiter and lander mission to be able to carry out long-term, remote sensing and in-situ scientific investigations

Listening for the Landing:Seismic Detections of Perseverance’s arrival at Mars with InSight [PDF]
The entry, descent, and landing (EDL) sequence of NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover will act as a seismic source of known temporal and spatial localization. We evaluate whether the signals produced by this event will be detectable by the InSight lander

Magnetosphere of Mars at Almost Radial Interplanetary Magnetic Field
Abstract We have studied the structure of the Martian magnetosphere under conditions of an almost radial interplanetary magnetic field (IMF). Under such conditions, the currents driven by the motional electric field −1cVsw×BIMF ${-}\frac{1}{c}{\mathbf{V}}_{sw}\times {\mathbf{B}}_{\mathit{IMF}}$ are expected to be strongly reduced, and the induced ...

Automatic Segmentation of Radar Data from the Chang'E-4 Mission Using Unsupervised Machine Learning: A Data-Driven Interpretation Approach [PDF]
Chang'E-3, E-4 and E-5 were the first planetary missions with in-situ ground-penetrating radar (GPR) in their scientific payloads. Apart from the Chang'E missions, in-situ GPR has also been used in the Martian missions Tianwen-1 and Perseverance ...
