Aneurysm of the posterior tibial artery due to a tibial osteochondroma

Abstract A case is reported of an aneurysm of the posterior tibia1 artery associated with a solitary osteochondroma of the upper end of the tibia. No previous account of such a lesion has been found, but 14 somewhat similar cases of popliteal aneurysms due to exostosis of the lower end of the femur are briefly reviewed.
