Achieving Full Redispersion of Dried MXene Monoliths via Trace Metal Cation Intercalation

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
This study presents a simple and highly efficient technique to fully redisperse MXene solid monoliths into aqueous dispersions. By adding trace amounts of metal cations to MXene dispersions prior to drying, complete redispersion of MXene monoliths is achieved.

Native Taylor/Non‐Taylor Dispersion–Mass Spectrometry (TNT‐MS) Allows Rapid Protein Desalting and Multiplexed, Label‐Free Ligand Screening

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
Native mass spectrometry enables the label‐free study of noncovalent protein‐ligand complexes; however, it is incompatible with conventional molecular biology buffers. By exploiting the dependence of flow dynamics on the hydrodynamic radius, proteins are seperated, including protein‐ligand complexes, from non‐volatile salts and unbound small molecules ...

Reinforced Capacity and Cycling Stability of CoTe Nanoparticles Anchored on Ti3C2 MXene for Anode Material

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
A Cobalt telluride (CoTe) nanoparticle‐anchored Ti3C2 MXene composite (CoTe@Ti3C2), synthesized via a hydrothermal approach, enhances electrochemical performance by leveraging the synergy between CoTe nanoparticles and Ti3C2 MXene nanosheets. Ti3C2 MXene enhances conductivity and structural stability, while CoTe nanoparticles prevent nanosheet ...
