EEPD1 Inhibition Unleashes Antitumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer by Activating the cGAS‐STING Pathway

In colorectal cancer, high expression of the DNA repair protein EEPD1 correlates with immune exclusion and poor prognosis. This study demonstrates that EEPD1 depletion induces genomic instability, leading to cytosolic DNA accumulation and subsequent activation of the cGAS‐STING‐type I interferon pathway. Synchronization‐Dissipation in the Cardiorespiratory System

By modeling central nervous coupling and viscoelastic interactions in the cardiorespiratory system we show that synchronization produces a 10% gain in cardiac efficiency in humans. It is surmised that respiratory sinus arrhythmia improves cardiac pumping efficiency by reducing dynamic stress and power dissipation in the pulmonary vasculature.

Targeting PLD3 Reverses the Immunosuppressive Niche by Reprogramming Tumor‐Associated Macrophages and Potentiates Antitumor Immunity

PLD3 activates the lysosomal‐AKT‐NF‐κB axis to drive cellular senescence in macrophages, establishing an immunosuppressive TME by limiting the infiltration of cytotoxic T, NK, and NKT cells, which confers resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Abrine inhibits PLD3 expression, restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with anti‐PD‐1 treatment.

Microstructured Tactile Sensors With Bismuth Telluride Coatings for Vibration Detection

The study reports a high‐performance piezoresistive vibration sensor (PVS) based on a Bi₀.5Sb₁.5Te3 functional layer on a PDMS microstructured substrate. The device exhibits high sensitivity (0.24 kPa−1), fast response, and excellent durability over 10 000 cycles.
