Tight Gas and Oil Reservoirs in Kuwait - An Overview
EAGE workshop on Developments in Land Seismic Acquisition for Exploration, 2010Tight reservoirs of Kuwait of different ages have been discussed.Four major tight reservoirs are Triassic Lower Jilh, Jurassic Najmah-Sargelu and Cretaceous Makhul and Minagish reservoirs. These reservoirs are prospective in areas of natural fracture development. Major challenges and way forward for exploration of these targets have been elaborated.
