Nitride‐phase catalysts (MxNy/CNT) are active in levulinic acid conversions. Ni3N/CNT shows the best performance due to hydrogenation‐active sites within and on the surface of CNT graphene layers. The CNT support also enhances the Ni3N phase stability, maintaining catalytic activity over multiple recycling tests.

A New Fuzzy Harmony Search Algorithm Using Fuzzy Logic for Dynamic Parameter Adaptation
In this paper, a new fuzzy harmony search algorithm (FHS) for solving optimization problems is presented. FHS is based on a recent method using fuzzy logic for dynamic adaptation of the harmony memory accepting (HMR) and pitch adjustment (PArate ...

GNSS and InSAR Integration for 3‐D Crustal Deformation in California and Western Nevada
Abstract The regions of California and Nevada are shaped by dynamic tectonic and hydrologic processes that drive significant crustal deformation. In this study we use the method of Shen and Liu (2020), https://doi.org/10.1029/2019ea001036 to integrate Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR ...

Recent research has ignited a renewed interest in Ceratozamia cycads, unveiling their remarkable diversity. While previous studies primarily focused on morphology, this investigation employs a multidisciplinary approach, integrating phylogenetics, morphology, and ecological niches. Our methods identify seven distinct lineages as separate species.

The MFM‐300(M) series is investigated as a fluorescent platform for SO2 detection, highlighting how the nature of metal centers modulates fluorescence emission. MFM‐300(Al) displays the brightest emission and strongest response. Experimental and computational studies reveal distinct quenching mechanisms depending on the metal center, highlighting the ...

Power‐Dependent Modeling of Microwave FET Intrinsic Elements Using X‐Parameters
ABSTRACT This study introduces and validates an alternative approach for modeling microwave FETs using power‐dependent electrical equivalent circuits extracted from conventional X‐parameters (ZL = 50 Ω). The proposed method expands the use of the conventional X‐parameters measurements by generating a model that is more practical and intuitive.
