Medica Hospitalia : Journal of Clinical Medicine, 2023 LATAR BELAKANG : Gentamisin merupakan antibiotik golongan aminoglikosida yang digunakan sebagai pengobatan untuk berbagai infeksi. Salah satu efek samping yang dilaporkan pada penggunaan gentamisin adalah nefrotoksik. TUJUAN : Untuk mengidentifikasi efek nefrotoksik yang mengarah ke fibrosis ginjal akibat induksi gentamisin terhadap tikus wistar.
