Time resolved scattering relaxation mechanisms of microcavity polaritons
We study the polariton relaxation dynamics for different scattering mechanisms as: Phonon and electron scattering procesess. The relaxation polariton is obtained at very short times by solving the Boltzman equation.

ABSTRACT Purpose Pediatric central nervous system (CNS) tumors often recur despite multimodality therapy. Although re‐irradiation (re‐RT) has historically been limited by concerns for severe late toxicities, modern techniques have renewed interest in this approach. Proton therapy provides dosimetric advantages that may enable curative re‐treatment with

Time-resolved charge fractionalization in inhomogeneous Luttinger liquids
The recent observation of charge fractionalization in single Tomanga-Luttinger liquids (TLLs) [Kamata et al., Nature Nanotech., 9 177 (2014)] opens new routes for a systematic investigation of this exotic quantum phenomenon.

Time-resolved lidar fluorosensor for sea pollution detection [PDF]
A contemporary time and spectral analysis of oil fluorescence is useful for the detection and the characterization of oil spills on the sea surface. Nevertheless the fluorosensor lidars, which were realized up to now, have only partial capability to ...

Modeling the time-resolved quasi-periodic oscillations in AGNs
Observation of the bright Seyfert 1 galaxy RE J1034+396 is believed to demonstrate a drift of the central period of the Quasi Periodic Oscillation (QPO) linearly correlated with the temporary X-ray luminosity.
