Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

Using Empirical Recurrence Rates Ratio For Time Series Data Similarity
Several methods exist in classification literature to quantify the similarity between two time series data sets. Applications of these methods range from the traditional Euclidean type metric to the more advanced Dynamic Time Warping metric.

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Temporal classification of short time series data
Motivation Within the frame of their genetic capacity, organisms are able to modify their molecular state to cope with changing environmental conditions or induced genetic disposition. As high throughput methods are becoming increasingly affordable, time

GMT: Gzip-based Memory-efficient Time-series classification
The deployment of embedded time-series sensing devices enabled better understanding of user environments and contexts. However, classifying them solely on extremely limited devices under data-scarce conditions is still a remaining challenge. We introduce

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

The problem of forest fires is one that, with each passing year, gets more difficult to mitigate. A significant number of people will be affected by this case, particularly in terms of their health.

Algorithmic classification of time series
The numerical methods of а data analysis (finite ordered sequences of natural binary codes) are discussed. There are corresponding to pieces of trajectories, obtained by a numerical solution of difference model of finite number of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. These equations represent the determined chaotic dynamic systems.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Interpretable time series classification
In this thesis, we will study different existing methods that can be used to explain decisions taken by time series classification models. We argue that, in the case of time series, the best explanations should take the form of sub-series (also called shapelets) since it is « pattern language » familiar to a time series user. We review state-of-the-art
