Broadband, Flexible, Skin‐Compatible Carbon Dots/Graphene Photodetectors for Wearable Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Broadband, flexible photodetectors integrating nitrogen‐rich carbon dots with single‐layer graphene on plastic substrates are demonstrated. A biocompatible chitosan–glycerol electrolyte enables efficient low‐voltage gating and on‐skin operation. The devices exhibit ultraviolet‐to‐near‐infrared response, mechanical robustness under bending, and verified

Predicting Atomic Charges in MOFs by Topological Charge Equilibration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An atomic charge prediction method is presented that is able to accurately reproduce ab‐initio‐derived reference charges for a large number of metal–organic frameworks. Based on a topological charge equilibration scheme, static charges that fulfill overall neutrality are quickly generated.

Time Series Classification

Journal of Statistics Applications & Probability, 2013
Time series is an important class of temporal data objects and it can be easily obtained from scientific and financial applications. The nature time series data includes: large in data size, high dimensionality and necessary to update continuously. The increasing use of time series data has initiated a great deal of research and developing attempts in ...

Few-Shot Class-Incremental Learning for Medical Time Series Classification

IEEE journal of biomedical and health informatics, 2023
Continuously analyzing medical time series as new classes emerge is meaningful for health monitoring and medical decision-making. Few-shot class-incremental learning (FSCIL) explores the classification of few-shot new classes without forgetting old ...

ROCKET: exceptionally fast and accurate time series classification using random convolutional kernels

Data mining and knowledge discovery, 2019
Most methods for time series classification that attain state-of-the-art accuracy have high computational complexity, requiring significant training time even for smaller datasets, and are intractable for larger datasets.

Unsupervised time series classification

Signal Processing, 1995
Abstract In this paper a scheme for unsupervised probabilistic time series classification is detailed. The technique utilizes autocorrelation terms as discriminatory features and employs the Volterra Connectionist Model (VCM) to transform the multi-dimensional feature information of each training vector to a one-dimensional classification space. This

Topological Time-series Classification

2022
We establish a strong connection between Topological Data Analysis (TDA)and the field of time-series classification. This is accomplished via two novel contri- butions. The first is a method for extracting topological information from a time series in a manner which circumvents the expensive computation normally required.

LSTM-Based Intrusion Detection System for VANETs: A Time Series Classification Approach to False Message Detection

IEEE transactions on intelligent transportation systems (Print), 2022
In vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), vehicles broadcast emergency messages and beacon messages, which enable drivers to perceive traffic conditions beyond their visual range thus improve driving safety.

Classification of time series

2021
