Stabilizing time-varying feedback
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1995Abstract We survey recent results on the stabilization problem which show the interest of time-varying feedback laws and time-varying output feedback laws.

On the interpretation of the time-varying eigenvalues
Proceedings of the 2005 European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design, 2005., 2006In order to analyse the behaviour in small-signal regime of certain classes of dynamic nonlinear circuits, dynamic linear time-varying (LTV) models must be considered. In an attempt to simplify the analysis of these models, time-varying eigenvalues may be used. In this article, a simple interpretation of those quantities will be given.

Time-varying Lyapunov functions for linear time-varying systems
International Journal of Control, 1986Abstract Adopting special time-varying Lyapunov-function candidates, it is shown that the Popov criterion ensures large-scale asymptotic stability for linear time-varying feedback systems with relaxed conditions on the time-varying gain fc(t). The main result is that li(t)/k(t) need not be bounded for all finite t and need be bounded only when ibecomes

Synchronization in Time-Varying Networks
2018In this chapter, we study synchronization in time-varying networks. These are structures modeling systems where the interactions among the nodes change in time. We analyze global synchronization in two relevant cases: when the time-dependence derives from motion of agents and when it is induced by a pattern of activity. Finally, we illustrate the onset

Summary: We prove that periodically time-varying H systems with four components and with splicing rules of a small size (as the length of the splicing sites) generate all recursively enumerable languages. This improves a result and partially solves an open problem from \textit{G. Păun}, \textit{G. Rozenberg} and \textit{A. Salomaa} [DNA computing.
