Wardrop Equilibrium in Discrete-Time Selfish Routing with Time-Varying Bounded Delays [PDF]
This paper presents a multi-commodity, discrete- time, distributed and non-cooperative routing algorithm, which is proved to converge to an equilibrium in the presence of heterogeneous, unknown, time-varying but bounded delays. Under mild assumptions

OPTICAL-RADIO TIME DELAYS IN Q0957+561
Applying a specific cross-correlation method, we obtained evidence that changes in the radio flux appear to lag behind the optical variations of the quasar by about 6.4 years.

This paper presents a tutorial review of work in time delay estimation. A derivation of the ML estimator for time delay is presented together with an interpretation of that estimator as a special member of a class of generalized cross correlators. The performance of the estimator is given for both high and low signal to noise ratio cases.

Time-delay interferometry without delays [PDF]
The space-based gravitational-wave observatory LISA relies on a form of synthetic interferometry (time-delay interferometry, or TDI) where the otherwise overwhelming laser phase noise is canceled by linear combinations of appropriately delayed phase measurements.

Time delays for 11 gravitationally lensed quasars revisited [PDF]
We test the robustness of published time delays for 11 lensed quasars by using two techniques to measure time shifts in their light curves. We chose to use two fundamentally different techniques to determine time delays in gravitationally lensed ...

Presentating a multi-objective optimization model for resource-constrained project scheduling regarding financial costs, time delays and the reliability function [PDF]
The common presuppositions and limitations regarding the Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) were investigated in addition to their reliability in modeling in order to investigate the possibility of availability of renewable resources

X-Ray Eclipse Time Delays in 4U2129+47 [PDF]
4U 2129+47 was discovered in the early 80's and classified as an accretion disk corona source due to its broad and partial X-ray eclipses. The 5.24 hr binary orbital period was inferred from the X-ray and optical light curve modulation, implying a late K
