OPTICAL-RADIO TIME DELAYS IN Q0957+561
Applying a specific cross-correlation method, we obtained evidence that changes in the radio flux appear to lag behind the optical variations of the quasar by about 6.4 years.

Caching with Time Windows and Delays
We consider two generalizations of the classical weighted paging problem that incorporate the notion of delayed service of page requests. The first is the (weighted) Paging with Time Windows (PageTW) problem, which is like the classical weighted paging problem except that each page request only needs to be served before a given deadline.

Photoionization Time Delays [PDF]
The material presented in this chapter is based on important advances realized in “attophysics” which make feasible to follow the motion of electrons in atoms and molecules with attosecond-level time resolution. In this context, time-delays have been recently determined in the process of photoionization by extreme-ultra-violet (XUV) pulses and the ...

Efficient semiclassical approach for time delays
The Wigner time delay, defined by the energy derivative of the total scattering phase shift, is an important spectral measure of an open quantum system characterizing the duration of the scattering event.

Synchronization of Time Delayed Systems by Common Delay Time Modulations [PDF]
We investigate the synchronization phenomenon between two identical time delayed systems with the common time delay, modulated by a chaotic or random signal. The phenomenon is verified by the conditional Lyapunov exponent. The relation between the present form of synchronization with generalized one is also discussed.

Group Leader-Following Consensus Control for Heterogeneous Multi-Agent Systems With Time Delays
In this paper, the problem of group leader-following consensus is discussed for high-order heterogeneous multi-agent systems(HMASs) with multiple leaders and time delays.

An Improved Intelligent Driver Model Considering the Information of Multiple Front and Rear Vehicles
This paper proposes an improved intelligent driver model (IDM) by considering the information of multiple front and rear vehicles to describe the car-following behaviour of CAVs (Connected and autonomous vehicles).
